Cast Stone & Architectural Precast Concrete

Zero Slump / EMVDT: Vibratory ramming compacts the stone mix to eliminate air voids, achieving a high-quality architectural material with almost any finish desired.
Wet Cast: Slumpable concrete placed in molds, vibrated to consolidate and remove entrapped air, and poured into molds, achieving a high-quality architectural material with almost any finish desired.
Automated Batching and Mixing: Computer-controlled batching and moisture meters in mixers ensure consistency in every piece, with exact blends of cement, aggregates, and admixtures.
Steam Curing: Computer-controlled Advanced Steam Curing Chambers are equipped with sensors for real-time logging of temperature, humidity, and duration. Steam curing is a critical process in manufacturing both Cast Stone (CS) and Architectural Precast Concrete (APC). Both materials rely on optimized hydration for superior mechanical properties, durability, and surface quality.

GFRC ( glass fiber reinforced concrete)

Castable GFRC is a composite material made of cement, fine aggregates, glass fibers, and polymers that is placed into molds. This material offers strength, weather resistance, and design flexibility, making it suitable for architectural applications such as facades and decorative elements.
Sprayable GFRC is applied using a specialized spray gun that simultaneously sprays the concrete mixture and glass fibers, resulting in a strong, uniform product with high fiber content and optimal fiber orientation. This method is particularly effective for creating large-scale architectural elements with structural frames.

Natural Stone

Planing natural stone involves using large planers to create smooth, flat surfaces or profiles ( think extrusions) on stone slabs, resulting in a uniform finish. We use this method to fabricate Indiana limestone.
CNC-carved natural stone utilizes computer-controlled machines to precisely cut and shape stone into intricate designs and patterns, allowing for complex geometries and repeatability.
Hand-carved natural stone relies on skilled artisans using traditional tools and techniques to sculpt and shape stone, creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces with a level of detail and artistry that is impossible to replicate mechanically. Most of our CNC-carved material is finished by hand.
